Pay is great, and they are flexible with your schedule.

Cons

Workplace ethics and technological adoption are outdated. The environment lacks the innovation and energy typically found in modern engineering firms, as much of the institutional knowledge is tied to a demographic preparing to exit the workforce. Management lacks a clear strategic roadmap. There is a visible disconnect between leadership's directives and the practical steps required to execute projects effectively.

The Monthly employee lunch, once a month.

Cons

Mandatory overtime every week. Safety is stressed, however the employees not only don't care about safety protocols, but go out of their way not to follow safety protocols, and openly brag about not following protocols.
