Pros

Some of the best shop floor employees in the Fox Valley. Decent pay.

Cons

Impossible to be promoted unless you have family at an upper level position or are pals with senior leadership. They say "People First", but it is really "The People They Want First". The methodology of "People First" does not apply to everyone. Benefits are severely lacking with high premiums and deductibles, in order for the insurance to be a benefit you must have a catastrophic incident otherwise you may as well go without.

They are very flexible with work schedules and they pay well for the area.

Cons

The cultural is cut throat and there is only negative reinforcement. This company does not care about their employees at all. They would rather see people quit then fix things.
