I feel support from my manager all the way up to my function's VP. I feel cared about as a person first, followed by as an employee. I feel as if my manager and my manager's manager (probably even my function's VP) are willing to help me develop my skillset so that I can move into any role in which I want. Amazing work/life balance so that I can be a parent first and an employee second.

Cons

After being here 18 months, I honestly don't have any to list.
