Pros

Coworkers are generally good people.

Cons

- So many meetings. To the point where it’s a hinderance to productivity. - Confused and absent leadership. - Poor company outlook. They don’t even have a ceo. - Callous policies. If you are let go/laid off, they perp walk you out of the office like you are a criminal. Doesn’t matter what level of employee you are. It’s demeaning and wrong. Severance package is also a joke. - Not enough PTO

Pros

Amazing people. Recently re-focused our Vision, Mission, Core Values and Strategic Objectives. Rewarding projects that positively impact the communities we serve. Willingness to learn, improve, grow. Respectful of employees juggling work and life.

Cons

A lot of senior management turnover (could turn into a “Pro” once everyone settles in). Often attempt to do big things on a shoestring budget. History of being too “nice” avoiding constructive conflict and holding each other accountable for driving results. Note: Leadership is aware of and working to improve in all these areas.
