Pros
I can adjust my schedule to theirs. I Have time to work as a freelancer and other projects. It's a great and well equipped design and art academy in the city and of the cities around as well. Great and professional work environment, superiors and co-workers, open to new ideas and try to innovate everyday.
Cons
I really don't have any complaint, I've been working with them 4 years now, and it's been a great experience and flexible schedule.
