Flexible with schedule if needed. Strong and musky smells daily.

Cons

Low pay, low morale, negative feedback driven management style, low diversity, bad benefits, VERY high turnover and lack of talent (due to low pay)

pretty simple job for me personally, but i know learning SAP isn’t easy for everyone and it’s a lot to learn vs pay.

Cons

Poor pay (even when they’ve had the “best financial year”), poor management, multiple processes are soooo unorganized and constantly changing due to that
