Good working hours. Work is easy and members of each team are always willing to help.

Cons

Repetitive work in most positions and not much variety to your days. No room for growth or progression within the organisation other than to the team leader role which might not be for all. No challenge to your daily tasks and sometimes becomes easy to be disengaged.
