You can quit anytime and you have a really good chance of finding something better

Cons

Management is promoted based on tenure rather than merit. This results in natural insecurities based on the knowledge that they are terribly under qualified, and at the same time they are so desperate for validation that they treat everyone else like inferiors.

Pros

You will be able to work on products that truly make a difference in people’s lives, which is very fulfilling. There’s plenty of great learning opportunities from CAD/CAM, tooling design, software process development, machining, 3D Printing, and custom processes.

Cons

Limited opportunity for growth unless you want to go over seas, but even then you’d want to try to go overseas.
