      Pros

      The managers and project managers are all very approachable and communicative. We have a smallish team here, but with a few people we get a lot done. Everyone is very competent, and we have good breadth of skill. Equipment and resources are shared productively, and we have good relationships with the other departments.

      Cons

      It is a little lower on pay than other companies, but the culture and benefits more than make up for it.

      Amazing Co-workers Your work helps those with disabilities.

      Cons

      Senior Management has head in clouds, does not listen to front line team. Since company went public, the patient's needs are no longer the priority, only profit.
