Bad office moral which comes from the top down, often restructuring business trying to cut expense but make the most money

Worked with some great people, many I still keep in touch with.

Cons

Compensation is based on growth, so if you work same territory with same product lines, you max out. Only chance to earn any more is to have a down year and follow it up with a good one.
