Pros

out in the field, rather than behind a desk. You don't have a manager looking over your shoulder constantly.

Cons

No room for advancement. Working the PSR position you hit the ceiling soon as your hired. A big disconnect between upper management and field employees. The rehab equipment is less than reliable, then it takes weeks to get it replaced with a unit that will fail.

no set hours could be out till minight or later, service reps are salaried and are not paid standard overtime but half pay
