Otto Bock is a tremendous company that helps improve peoples' lives by getting them mobile. and regaining freedom. There is much satisfaction in helping people improve their lives.

Cons

There is not a lot of room for advancement if you work in the satellite offices nationwide. More opportunities if you work at main offices in Tempe or Minneapolis.
