Pros
OutSystems really delivers what is promised when it comes to great culture. It is a company that puts employees first and always seeks to listen to them and create initiatives that meet people's needs, such as psychologist and health services in the office, healthy snacks, amazing events, etc. Even during pandemic times where everyone was working remotly they put a big effort on making sure their employees were well and coping with this new setting. Really recommend it as a good place to work.
Cons
There are some managerial issues that result in some people being overwhelmed with work. Working environment is better in some teams/departments than the others, but overall is great.
