Recommends Positive Outlook Approves of CEO I have been working at OutSystems full-time (More than 3 years) Pros The product is very impressive and the work environment is great. Outsystems is a great place to work, especially because of the people. Besides I am very proud of what I do, I enjoy every day here because I have many people around that inspires me.

Rapid growth puts stress on an organization because it often requires changes to the ways things are done.
