Great environment. Definitely People are the best assess of a company. Awesome benefits. Boredom is something that it doesn't make sense as people are constantly working in new projects which means one can learn a lot.

Cons

Common pains of growth. Opportunities for carreer growth for those who already work here are getting more difficult since the company is hiring a lot for senior management /director positions. Sometimes worklife balance can be a challenge depending on workload, however this has been recently positively addressed by the company.
