Great Product, knowledgeable team, remote work, good salary
Cons
The company is loosing its DNA and culture. Lot's of change without a reason, no focus on the company goals, lots of people doing nothing while others have a lot of work. Letting good people go to hire American colleagues with huge salaries that stay for a couple of months and then leave the company.
