I think the fundamental proof of how great the company is as an employer is the fact that almost all successful employees never leave, so a great team is built over time. - An extremely fast-moving environment. - A leader in a market with huge potential. This translates into career growth opportunities. - Learning ecosystem. Constant readjustment and change to improve and adapt. - You have your independence - two of the two key rules in the company are "You are always entitled to ask why" and "Be proactive". You can the power to grow and influence the ecosystem around you.

- OutSystems is intense. You are expected to own challenges and be accountable for them. This is not a perfect fit for everyone.
