The projects are very complex, both from an engineering and from a product point of view. The engineering team has many bright people, and a solid culture of accountability and of doing great work. People are supportive and helpful. The market opportunities for the future of the company are very bright.

Cons

Recently, with some leadership changes, the entire engineering organisation has become very chaotic, with new processes being enforced that many people don't yet understand. In principle this may be a transitory situation, that will last for a few more months until everyone understands the new processes and the dust has settled. Another con is that there is a lot of rushing, constantly. Everything is for yesterday, there is very little time for planning and many people are wearing multiple hats. This may be another transitory situation due to the recent changes, but I have to say that the constant rushing feels like something that's been in the company for a long time now.
