This is a place where the employee matters and where you will be provided with all the tools and conditions to deliver a fantastic job. The result is that its professionals give 100%. The employee manual (The small book of The few big rules), it is public and it defines the philosophy of the company and it is really implemented, from top to bottom. It is a company that encourages maternity and paternity and it actually has workshops to help employees to cope with parenthood.

Cons

Being a software company, the majority of the employees are men. That affects sometimes the way people communicate with each other as you may witness unnecessary escalated arguments.

Outstanding product supported by the best culture of openness and honesty I have had the privilege to work in. Values truly describe how the company runs and how people think. Some of the brightest people I have worked with but also some of the most helpful and humble.

Cons

None so far. Normally after being in a company for a while you find the skeletons in the closet, not here!
