Pros

Most (if not all) employees are passionate and truly believe in the product and its success. Plenty of opportunities for growth, challenge, and success - if you can be as passionate as everyone else. Most executives are open to listening to others opinions and aren't self-centered and egotistical as many other companies. People also like to have fun, and although I see many people probably "overwork" because of their passion for the company/product, HR does try to have social and "fun" events throughout the year and world, as well as provide (mostly healthy) snacks for all employees; they treat you well.

Cons

The company is growing incredibly fast (2017-2018) as the Low Code industry is starting to get defined and recognized - and it's causing some serious growing pains - mostly within some internal processes. I have also heard some people complain that they aren't feeling recognized for their contributions. Also, combine growing fast, becoming more global, and passionate people, and you end up with employees that can't stop working late into the night.

Pros

Very exciting place to be and the opportunity looks amazing. Been selling software in software lifecycle for some time and Outsystems fulfils pretty much most of the benefits that large organisations need- significant improvement in time to market with less resources, implementing Devops properly, reduced software lifecycle complexity and ease of maintenance/change etc.

Cons

With the huge employment drive it's difficult to time all of the crucial hires to ensure an optimal team ratio.
