      Environment-wise this is an awesome place to work. Everyone is very helpful and friendly.

      Cons

      Growth is not a easy thing to deal with... And growing fast makes it even harder and more stressful. In this this is one of those good "bad things" to have.

      I've never encountered a company which offered so many opportunities for growth, either by facing new challenges or simply by working with talented people that push and motivate you to do better.

      Cons

      You should bring your A game to work everyday. The work/life balance, although improving, is less than ideal.
