The biggest pro is the opportunity to contribute to the development of a product that does make a change to developers' lives. I've been at OutSystems for 10+ years, and it has never been boring. There's always something new to do, and it is very rewarding whenever we come by with an elegant and easy to use solution for a hard problem.

The Outsystems platform is simply without peer. Enterprise grade scalability, security and more features for even the most pedantic developer. Customers can deliver applications in weeks and are solving business issues that were simply left in the too hard basket. This company has a bright future and the leading application development platform bar none.

Cons

Rapid growth means managing a large number of priorities. The work is rewarding but does require after hour interaction and administration.
