Pros

The culture is the greatest plus. From day one, everyone is part of the development lifecycle and takes part of the decisions. Not to mention the great quality of work produced. The feeling of productivity and actually work with great leaders is amazing. This is the main part to mention, but the compensation, extras, balance with personal life and the product are all equally amazing.

Cons

The fast-paced environment to keep ahead in the market might create some stress. As a growing company it is also necessary to regularly change either the way the development is done or how the company is structured. It’s not properly a bad thing, it’s just constant adaption.

- Management is often very busy and multi-tasking a lot which steals quality time to focus more on long term initiatives with strategic impact
