      Pros

      We work on a very open and productive environment where all roles get the freedom to grow and adapt to our role in the company, and personally as professionals. The "Ask why" philosophy helps us keep being innovative.

      Cons

      It's still an engineering company, so all work processes are adapted to engineers and other roles can be a bit overlooked, but this is changing.

      With a great culture and huge concern for the employees welfare. It's a challenging and innovative work place, where i feel accomplished professionally and personally.

      Cons

      The company is still trying to find solutions to all the problems derived from a boom in growth, but in 2018 it will get there.

      Management changes their minds every week, sometimes every day. Lots of projects cancelled in the middle. Childish grudges. False promises. Scapegoating.
