      Pros

      This is the place to be. Leading in its category, Low-Code it's not low at all. It's an amazing space to be in, working with some brilliant minds, but most of all is that feeling we're all in the same boat, working for the greater good and that your work means something. The product itself is amazing, constantly improving. It fits better and better what the developers need, at the same time delivering in performance, looks and specially in end result.

      Cons

      It can be stressful at times. Being under constant pressure to be leaders is sometimes hard. But that's what you get for being with the best, who want to keep at being the best. I'm proud of it, actually. I know that what I do helps the company, helps our customers, delivers high-end quality solutions and I want to keep doing it.

      Pros

      After 10 years in a different company/field I interviewed at OutSystems (BTW, loved the selection process!) and was offered the job. This is like no other place I have worked, the company ethos promotes collaboration, everyone is helpful, engaged, happy to be at work and inspired to do their best. Your opinion counts, in fact, it's your duty to question, suggest, participate. I have only been working here for a short time but I am so glad I took the offer! I am really enjoying turning up to work every day, I have learned a lot and I know this is just the beginning. I'm exited about he future and all the possibilities. I would definitely recommend OutSystems to a friend, they would be as lucky as me.

      Cons

      I had to think for a bit, what cons? Hmmmm... The only thing that is a "con" for me personally is the traffic/commute/location, but this is mostly due to the fact that I live on the other side of the city (Lisbon), however I love my job so much, the commute is worth it.
