Part of the old OutSystems culture can still be felt with old employees. Depending on your career, you can have a good work/life balance

It's not keeping up with the market (salary and culture-wise) It's becoming resistant to change and improvement

Pros

My department as a whole is good and has great environment! My team is supportive, trusts in each other, and gets the job done. We are also globaly distributed which is really interesting from a work perspective. Good compensation and benefits.

Cons

Things change quickly, you need to be able to adapt and be ok with working at a fast-paced company. Ambitious targets and metrics.

- Constant change regardless of the consequence. The management swings it and sees what happens later on. - There was a lot of demand from the management, but the salary didn't reflect those demands. - The salary increment didn't keep up with the inflation.
