      Pros

      Smart, bright people all around you. Constant challenges and opportunities with a chance of making the difference inside and out. At OutSystems we make IT a good place to work for us and our customers. I feel excited going to work every day and that is one the things that I need the most !

      Cons

      We're still in the beginning of the hockey stick so there's not much to spare. Balancing growth and quality is hard on all of us. Don't expect easy days at the office, it's a constant challenge so if you you're looking for a 9 to 5 job look elsewhere.

      Pros

      Best place I've ever work. Great company culture and woking environment. People are really smart and hard working - they have created a top notch product-, a true learning and growing opportunity...and innovation is just around the corner. On top of this, I recognise that the management is inspirational and with very strong work ethics.

      Cons

      It's a fast paced and innovative environment, so if you're not looking for a great challenge you might feel a bit overwhelmed.

      Pros

      The company has some fantastic technology and great people, with a number of regional offices and resellers worldwide, the premise is simple, any thing that you can do with Java or .Net you can do faster and more efficiently with the OutSystems platform.

      Cons

      OutSystems is still a small company with a Portuguese focus, (despite what they think) the growth model has been to ship a manager from Portugal to another location to open a new region. Some managers are not ready and the phrase "a deer in the headlights" has been used to describe the results. Examples of this are the Dictatorial way that decisions are made. There is a delusional feel about many of many of the Management choices made.
