      * A lot of interesting challenges, and the opportunity to work with a modern tech stack (at least for some teams) * The people (the best part of the company) - I work with very intelligent, fun, and determined co-workers

      Cons

      * The startup environment is gone in this hyper-growth phase, which means that it's not so fun as it used to be * The compensation could be better
