Pros

Good benefits. European culture HQ used to be Lisbon

Cons

Seems just about every team in U.S has turned over. From reps to managers. Endless revolving door of reps and teams leaving. Very few (like 10% making their quota). Difficult to sell against the big software companies (Microsoft, Salesforce etc) and a lot of nitch companies like OutSystems doing the same thing. Heavily competitive and difficult to stand out when all the competition has their own strengths and big software companies are already heavily engaged.

Pros

The people you work with day to day are great.

Cons

C-suite leadership - lacks transparency, clear vision, and honesty Mid-level management - lacks training It's the blind leading the blind. Only hope is the CEO sees this and figures it out. I had 9 different managers while I was there. Engineers were re-organized every few months. Some managers were wonderful and some were promoted (not based on anything) and were terrible. It's not their fault. They weren't prepared for that type of role. Also, there were times it felt like clique culture. You had to be in with the right people to get privileges or be seen. Don't question management. Don't report it to HR. Nothing will actually happen because the wrong people know the right people.
