Even though this is an established company it does feel like there is constant change internally (kind of like a startup) which can be a good and bad thing.

Pros

In a crowded space, the product differentiates itself. The Training opportunities have been impressive; I've basically learned the App Dev space at OutSystems. There are some growing pains as we launch a super disruptive, yet unprecedented release in our next-gen platform.

Cons

As always, keep looking for improved ways to promote the innovation our platform brings, and how we're differentiated from the flash-in-a-pan "low-code" tools out there.

Depending on your team and manager, it can be a good workplace. The benefits and work-life balance are also good.

Cons

If you like processes, systems, and any kind of role stability, this is not the place for you. The company likes to position itself as a start-up(it's not). At this point, it's a large-ish privately owned company and could benefit from a bit more structure.
