The planning and decision-making are chaotic, with constant changes due to lack of communication. The compensation is a bit sub-par compared to what the market is currently offering.

Amazing culture, fantastic pears, great leadership, leading technology. Opportunities to learn everyday. My team is made up of elements from 5 nationalities, on 3 continents and we speak 3 different languages, all while working from the comfort of my home, better is impossible

Cons

Legacy code, if you have the misfortune to work with it (new teams / cloud teams don't suffer from this)
