Pros
Flexible work schedule on the Support side, awesome training both in the beginning and throughout your career here, great atmosphere and obviously the snacks and lunch on Wednesday is a bonus.
Cons
Advancement opportunity on the Support side is currently limited, but we're growing so fast, that I don't anticipate that being an issue by the end of the year.
