- you will get micromanaged randomly even if you are hitting all your metrics and working well independently - favoritism is SO bad and people who have outside relationships are treated like the cream of the crop even when everyone is performing the same - management is never around to help you and whenever you do get a chance to ask for help they will either make it seem like it is a stupid question or just straight up do not know how to help you - whenever something goes wrong management will blame it on the team rather than taking accountability for not being around to help or not showing you how to handle the problem in the first place - gossip runs through this place like the plague and management will make it fairly obvious and talk about you in front of your face, they will also share information with their favorites that really should not be shared - offensive statements have been made more often than I'd like to admit especially regarding religion - HR does not honor your concerns and will invalidate them making you feel stupid for even going there in the first place - lots of 2 faced people that you'd like to think are your friends but if you can find the ones that aren't you can meet some good people - if you have issues with someone outside of the office or just simply don't get along with people it will be taken out on you in the office - management doesn't address a problem when someone mentions it the first time which leads to customers getting upset again goes with not being around to help employees - GM is a glorified frat boy who says offensive and borderline creepy remarks and never really get to know people - pay is trash, especially for the amount of unnecessary pressure that is put on you

- feels like you're working in a sweatshop - breeds toxic masculinity - unless you are a top producer, you are not seen as a valued member of the team - not much diversity - claims to offer healthy work/life balance, but it's looked down upon if you leave when your shift is technically over, and you don't put in time on your Saturday
