Pros

The managers that I work under understand the work that we are required to do and how stressful it can be. They foster a unique workplace, in that even when working from home, I was able to say that interacting with my co-workers was the highlight of my day and allowed me to assist customers with more drive.

Cons

There are not many cons that I can think of for this job. The only one that I would say would be necessary is the dispersal of tickets to various members of the team could be more evenly distributed rather than pilling on to certain co-workers at random.

Pros

Pro-deals, and some really great coworkers who truly care about boosting the outdoor industry.

Cons

Low wages, high-stress/dangerous work environment, ethically broken management, terrible work-life balance for an outdoors company, production workers and engineers treated terribly compared to marketing/sales/accounting, zero room for upward growth, bad business decisions made by management lead to several rounds of layoffs and anxiety across the engineering and production team. Not to mention, the ONLY diversity in the entire company comes from the Asian immigrant workers paid hourly to sew gloves for 40 hours a week. Nice.
