Pros
The work loads are well balanced, with people expected to perform their best but no one overloaded with too many tasks. The staff is very supportive across the company, with everyone willing to help out coworkers. I believe my supervisor is genuinely interested in my well being and in helping me the best possible worker.
Cons
The healthcare insurance could be better.
