Pros

Every day is new and interesting. I've learned a ton and the managers have done a great job with training and continual education. I learn something new every day and work with great clients. The company has been growing like crazy, so its very exciting.

Cons

The only downside for me is the office is a bit of a drive (35 min to get in), but all in all, worth it.
