Pros
Likeminded employees. Fun and relaxed atmosphere, but still encourages you to be goal oriented and driven. Great clothing discount on quality sustainably made pieces. Full benefits package with 401k and great merit increases based on employee review.
Cons
Hard to get to know most of your co-workers, unless you work on the same team. Communication between teams is disjointed. Small company where some roles take on multiple duties outside of their description. Not too many benefits for employees outside of healthcare and 401k. Also hard to know how, or where to advance yourself in the company.
