Pros

-There are some great people that work here and is the single greatest attribute of the job. -Decent clothing discount.

Cons

-Limited understanding of regenerative, sustainable or circular design by leadership. -The company boasts sustainability and “people first” claims- but very few people with in the org. have an understanding of circular or true sustainable design. -Pay is lower than industry norm, (some) teams are very understaffed and it is expected to work overtime- bonus and annual review do not reflect any financial merit for over time. -Attitudes from leadership are not inclusive, diverse or anti racist in the look of the brand online and in catalogs. -Promotions from within are non existent. Most people burnout and look for work elsewhere.

Pros

The CEO is awesome! And the customers were a blast to work with.

Cons

*Horrible communication skills within the store management. *No room for promotion or advancement within the brand. * No compensation for excellent performance. *Jump quick to judgments and accusations rather than have discussions about any concerns. *High expectations for “standards” that they never explain or give clarity to, but will quickly call you out on at a moments notice.
