      Pros

      The employees make it a great place to be, the loyalty toward meeting our customers needs and working together to get things done is fun to be a part of.

      Cons

      With the growth the company is experiencing and tight labor market there tends to be overtime required, for some that can be seen as a negative for others they enjoy the extra pay.

      Easy work, you can switch departments kind of easily.

      Cons

      Mind numbing, they over work you because turn around is high. They are a "we try to hire near the bottom pay so you have more room to grow your wage!" Kind of employer.
