      Pros

      None that I can see...it gets talked up at the start but goes downhill from there

      Cons

      I have been here 3 months and the "seasoned veterans" on the presses and in the office area are not willing to help teach. HR does not care. Upper management just wants to bring in sales..it doesn't matter if they go out on time. Looking for another job currently as are others that I know of.

      Pros

      Outlook Group is a great company to work for. It is a great team environment. Everyone helps each other out. This includes training you in your job so you are successful. There are plenty of opportunities for advancement.

      There is nothing negative I have to say about Outlook Group. It is a great company to work for. Come join the team.

      Filled with passionate people that know the business and are willing to roll their sleeves up in order to provide customers with what they're looking for. There's great camaraderie and fun while getting the job done right.

      Cons

      When there's plenty of experience, there's not as many young people. More millennials could add fresh insights to the mix.
