Pros

Great development team and a pretty solid product.

Cons

Where to begin? Very secretive and opaque about nearly everything. Does not listen to the team or the customers. High churn rates among current customers as they don't see enough value, but the team spends a lot of time future looking, one might even say dreaming. New CEO has replace most of the team with remote leaders and leaders who don't know saas. Pricing model has been a mess for over the year and regularly changes. Bonus targets aren't clearly defined until post-quarter when nothing can be done to improve them. Focuses mostly on building for DevOps but then expects all R&D Engineers to use the tool.

Pros

Solid sales leadership - rigorous processes increase my compensation and make me a better sales professional. Previous (now departed) sales culture of no structure cowboy spray and praying is behind us. Solid CEO Transparent culture - holds each person accountable - no egos or politics Competitive comp Differentiated product that has fast time to value and provides real business impact

Cons

Not budgeted - creating a new market - but no competitors. It's a startup so some operational processes don't exist or need to be refined - this is to be expected.
