Pros

Seasoned management team with great vision and able to execute. Hard working and collaborative company culture that's also like a big family. I am never far away from someone ready to help when I need it. The product is unique and different than anything out there. When I hear eye opening experiences of prospects and customers using OverOps for the first time, that definitely confirms that we are on to the right path.

Cons

Since this is a startup, changes happen which will test your flexibility skills.
