The onboarding process is structured, and the senior technicians are incredibly knowledgeable—the hands-on mentorship I received on the floor and out in the field was invaluable. Additionally, the benefits package is highly competitive. Having access to reliable health insurance, a solid 401(k) match, and a stable, predictable corporate backing provides a level of financial security that smaller local garage door outfits simply cannot match.

      Cons

      The day-to-day human experience is heavily impacted by a sharp disconnect between corporate dispatch operations and the technicians out in the field. The scheduling software and routing systems often feel clunky and outdated, frequently leading to double-bookings or logistically unrealistic travel times between calls. Because the prevailing management philosophy leans toward a "do more with less" metric, technicians are regularly expected to absorb these administrative errors, resulting in 11- to 12-hour workdays with very little advance notice.
