Pros

"They have many opportunities, they have very good rules, they have very good staff, and they have very good equipment for the workers, and they respect the rules above all, and they can let people work overtime, and they give them 40 hours of work. "

Cons

Yes, they should pay more attention to the workers and the bosses, so that each person in their position does their job without putting or ordering others to help.

Pros

I enjoy the people I work with at Wayne Dalton, and I align very much with the values of the company! I genuinely feel like we care for one another, and like we treat one another fairly and with dignity and respect. That's really important for any workplace culture if your employees are going to thrive.

Cons

I work at a WD Sales and Service Center. If you are going have stores that should look like ""franchises"" of Wayne Dalton, then why is there not a policy/best practices manual so that every store is doing the same thing? If there is innovation, why is it not shared? Here are some problems - 1) There is no running inventory. How? How are you a corporation that manufactures and sells a product at the consumer level but nobody knows what is in stock? 2) There's no corporate marketing plan. Marketing is a PROACTIVE activity. 3) There is no marketable LOCAL web presence. How are we supposed to capture business when we are incapable of putting our name in front of our customer when they need it?? 4) Tracking - our manufacturing and distribution is SLOPPY. We should have END TO END supply chain management for our product - from order to delivery. (Example - an order is placed, scan the order when it goes to production, bar code and scan the box when it comes off the line, scan the box when it's put on a truck, scan the box when it's offloaded at the warehouse, scan the box when order is shelved, and scan the box when the order is pulled for installation.) This creates an easy way of knowing where the product is at ALLL TIMES! 5) Production problems - delivery of partial orders, orders with the wrong windows/inserts, orders not shipping for weeks past due, etc.
