Pros

Overwatch Mission Critical is an exceptional company to work for. The culture is collaborative, inclusive, and truly focused on building lasting relationships—both internally and with partners. Leadership promotes open communication, listens to feedback, and is transparent about company goals and initiatives. One of the standout qualities is how invested they are in the growth potential of their employees. There are consistent opportunities to learn, develop, and take on new challenges, and management genuinely supports career progression. If you’re looking for a company where you feel valued, have opportunities to grow, and can be part of a team that prioritizes relationships and quality work, Overwatch Mission Critical is a fantastic choice

Cons

Fast-paced environment may require flexibility and adaptability. Project demands can sometimes lead to longer hours during critical phases.

Pros

Overwatch MC has one of the best team environments I’ve been a part of. Leadership genuinely cares about its employees, and there’s a strong sense of teamwork across departments.

Cons

Hard to name a real con. Initially, I thought training could be improved, but they’ve already addressed this by building an internal university to better equip employees for their roles—so it’s clear they’re committed to continuous improvement.
