2 weeks vacation doesn't start until after a full year. There's no plan for vacation commensurate with experience. Health care benefits don't start for 90 days. A pro-rated vacation plan where you accrue hours per week would be better.
It used to be a company with compassion and understanding of the needs of the employee. Most of the regular employees get along great.
Cons
The compassionate culture of the company has changed over the last 5-10 years and now it is all about making money. Not to mention, if you don't "kiss up" you can't grow in that company.
