Pros
"Mission driven" isn't just a statement here at Ovia, we really do care about our users, we want to make a difference, and the work we do is rewarding. My coworkers are really smart, they all care about our users and are great to work with. Great work/life balance - I never feel pressured to work off hours or on the weekends. Senior leadership is very transparent and takes the time to explain why decisions are made or how we're doing as a company. Ovia takes diversity and inclusion very seriously. We try very hard to make our workforce diverse as well as supporting those of us in minority groups.
Cons
There are one or two people who can be challenging to work with, but there are people like that at every company. Being a small company, career growth opportunities can be tough to come by, unless someone above you gets promoted or your branch out into something else.
