Technology makes the job so much easier Staff is welcoming and work together Departments work as teams and help each other Benefits are good and pay is comparable to other hospitals in Orlando Staffing ratios are good

Cons

Being a new hospital- new processes have taken some time Commute

Pros

Great team and co workers. Brand new facility and new equipment.

Cons

Management is secretive, keeping everyone scared for their jobs until the hospital opens. Was told when hired that we would be part of the conversion from an ER to a hospital. Now the CEO is saying we may not have jobs, we have to reapply and don't even get priority as current employees. No loyalty to its current employees.

Pros

The hospital looked nice and clean.

Cons

I interviewed with an ANM, then with the nurses and finally the CNO. The CNO assured me that if I reached her, that meant that I had the job.
