Pros
Great team mates to work with. Good relationship with other departments in hospital. Great trainers. Everyone on team has great sense of team player attitudes. Great recognition from rest of hospital. Never run out of tools to complete your duties.
Cons
Been waiting on a raise for a while, pay is way below what other competitors are starting off with. Director does not care about your personal problems. If you are trying to get better opportunities within the hospital, director will try to stop your chances. Director likes to text your personal cell phone at anytime of day/night, will coach you over text message as well. Micromanaged at times. Be prepared to be embarrassed or watch another team member get embarrassed at team huddle. Attendance issues, team members are burnt out/miserable from low pay and high expectations.
