Good crew to work with, Foreman were easy to get along with

Equipment went down a fair bit and that could make the day a little stressful, but maintenance and electricians were always quick when needed

Think Twice, High turn over rate!

Duties and tasks were extremely simple & repetitive.

Cons

• Deal with Fiberglass every 12 hr shift. • No Professional Trainer to train you to show you your duties. Employees train you leaving pertinent information to perform your duties. "Telephone Line Training". • Hired from an Agency with promise of Permanent position after 90 days. • Split shift: 12 hr shifts; 2 wks days/2 wks nights. • Hostile working environment. Too many disgruntled employees. I was personally verbally attacked in an unprofessional manner by (2) employees.
